No. You only place an order once your buyer has paid you, so you are never funding stock out of your own pocket. There is no fee to join.
Your earnings are held in escrow while the order is in transit. Once the buyer confirms delivery, the money is released to your available balance and you can request a payout to your Nigerian bank account.
Delivery is tracked with the courier, and you can raise a complaint from the app. Our support team reviews the tracking and resolves it — funds are never simply lost in escrow.
A 5% service fee per order, with a minimum of ₦500 and a maximum of ₦5,000. Joining is free for both resellers and suppliers.
Delivery is quoted live from our courier partners at checkout and added to the order, so it is visible before anyone commits. You decide whether to absorb it or pass it on.
Apply through the supplier portal with your business details. Once KYC review passes you can list products, set wholesale prices and manage stock.
